Firstly, if you know little to nothing about bicycles or how to maintain them, the front mud guard is not easy to fit. It's very fiddly, to the point you need two extra hands. It's also a nightmare to get straight. The rear is much simpler but if you're a perfectionist and want it straight, the fiddling deity(God) will be sitting on your shoulder giggling in your ear, whilst you struggle to get it right time after time. But if you're not bothered about perfection or you're savvy with bicycles, this will do the trick nicely. An avid DIY enthusiast will have no issues fitting these mud guards.

Tricky to fit, don’t think I seen any instructions so had to keep coming back to the Amazon site to see. Took me about half an hour to assemble. Not sure if they are doing the job correctly as the is mud and water still splashing up

The rear is good and works as expected. The front mounting is terrible. You put the mount up inside the steering stem and turn the allen screw to expand the mount, which hold it in place. But it WILL. NOT. STAY. TIGHT!!! It doesn't matter how hard you tighten it. Every day my son comes home from school(5 min round trip) and it's flopping all over the place, about to fall off. I forgot to tighten it one night and the next day, it did fall off.
