I'm not a mud gaurd type of guy really, so this is a fair trade for them, we need something when riding in wet muddy conditions, unless you want covered in mud and puddle water, this does the job fine, seems well made and is quick enough to fit, even if you want to take it on and off when the weather conditions change, it's no problem at all, it's also quite wide, so it does catch a fair bit of mud, it's a great item...

Good once you attach it however the instructions are vague as hell so take your time, look at your bikes construction and frame size before attempting it. Once you figure it out you will be like "What the hell?" why did i not see that before? 100% recommend

Nice solid mudguard. Have a couple niggly complaints about it though hence the 3 stars. Its smaller than you might think, and even when positioned correctly on the downtube it wont cover all of the spray coming off the front tyre. I have owned bigger mudguards in the past that did the job better. Also, the straps to tie it to the downtube are quite flimsy and pretty easy to get off if a thief wanted to steal it. Take my advice and get a couple zip ties on there instead/aswell.

easy to secure and keeps you relatively splash free, however if you want full wet protection I would suggest a mudguard that extends over the front of the tyre but as far as looking good...these add a chunky element. I would suggest discarding the supplied attachments for some strapex....makes these beauties harder to steal....and people will try because they look so dam cool :)

フロントフォーク取り付けるタイプの泥除けをつけているのですが、顔には泥がかからないものの、体にはかかりまくりだったので、購入しました。 ゴムバンドで取り付けるだけなので、取り付けも取り外しも簡単にできます。 ダウンチューブにつけてみると、幅が広いため漕ぐときに邪魔にならないかと思いましたが、実際に乗ってみると全く気になりませんでした。泥はねを心配して速度を落とす必要もなくなりました。

Gute Rezensionen von "simplen" Gegenständen kann man ja eigentlich recht kurz halten, so auch hier. ----------------- Versand und Verpackung --------------- Die Verpackung war gut, der Versand war zügig, aber es handelt sich nun hier auch um keine sehr empfindliche Ware. ----------------- Auspacken und Anbringen --------------- Nach dem Auspacken, hatte ich als Alltags-Radfahrer lediglich erst einmal das Problem, dass ich im Internet nachschauen musste, wie das Schutzblech angebracht werden soll. Das letzte mal habe ich vielleicht vor 10 Jahren ein Schutzblech montiert und da war montiert auch noch das richtige Wort. Als ich hier mit dem "Blech" (es ist aus biegsamem Plastik) und lediglich 2 Gummibändern und 4 Gummistöpseln stand, war ich etwas ratlos. Das aber nur, weil es viel einfacher ist, als man das von echten Schutzblechen, die man verschrauben muss usw. gewohnt ist. Ein YouTube Video hat mir dann schnell geholfen, worauf man auch selbst hätte kommen können, wenn man ganz simpel denkt. Für diejenigen, die hier schon erleuchtet werden wollen: Die Gummistöpsel sind Abstandhalter, diese kommen von oben durch die mittigen Löcher. Den Abstand wählt man je nach dicke des Fahrradrahmens. Dies ist nötig, da dort der Zug her läuft und sonst eingequetscht würde. Nun zieht man ebenfalls je nach dicke des Rahmens jeweils ein Ende der beiden Gummbänder erst einmal durch ein Loch neben den Abstandhaltern und macht dieses Ende unten im Schutz fest. Dann hält man den Schutz so unter den Rahmen, dass die Aussparung über oder kurz vor die Radgabel geht, je nachdem wie das Fahrrad gebaut ist, zieht die Bänder um den Rahmen, das Ende durch das gegenüberliegende Loch von vorher und fixiert auch das unten im Schutz. Das war es. Wenn man sich das einmal kurz überlegt hat, dauert die Montage 2 Minuten, ohne jedes Werkzeug und das auch bei dicken Rahmen, wie bei meinem Rad. -------------------- Erfahrungsbericht ---------------------- Ich bin auch in der Praxis absolut zufrieden mit dem Teil. Es sieht stylisch aus, hält sicher, verschiebt sich nicht und ist sehr breit, so dass hochspritzendes Wasser oder Schmutz wirklich keine Chance hat. Ich hatte anfangs bedenken, dass das auch in Kurven so ist, denn schließlich befindet sich dieser Schutz nicht am Rad selbst und dreht sch daher nicht mit. Er ist aber wie gesagt so breit, dass das überhaupt kein Problem ist. Was ich mir höchstens vorstellen könnte, ist, dass die Gummibänder bei meinem dicken Rahmen schon ziemlich unter Spannnug stehen und diese bei Wind und Wetter eventuell irgendwann porös werden. Aber das ist nur eine Vermutung und wir werden sehen.
