Easish to fit. Front - no problem. Had to cut the rear steel supports to size with a pair of snips and drill a hole so the standard mudguard fixing on my rear guard would sit flush to the frame. Once that was done they are great. Took around 1 hour to fit with the messing about.

On 40-622 tyres these give good protection on wet muddy gravel tracks. Total weight is less than the MTB crud catcher set I had on this bike before and I always had wet feet and a wet lower back - no more! I’ve done 1000km with these since fitting and haven’t had to readjust anything: they don’t shake loose… But, that could be because they happen to work well with this bike: the lower stays on front and back sit naturally on top of the discbrake mounts, the frame attachment on the back is through the bottle cage, and my carbon forks are very bladey so there’s a good angle to notch the mount on. I can imagine that on a more conventional bike with shiny paint and thinner forks you might need to add tape or zip-ties to hold them in place. They take longer to fit than conventional mudguards (first time - I’ll be much quicker next autumn :-) but there are no bolts to come loose, nothing rattles at all even at 35kmh on loose tracks and they look weirdly cool: my gravel bike doesn’t suddenly look like a shopper! Recommended so long as you’re patient enough to follow the very clear instructions and allow an hour to get them right first time!

Love the coverage from the guards, my feet still get splashed but paired with some waterproof shoes I’ve been comfortably riding in some pretty wet conditions here in the UK. I would say the install is easier than some folks made out, took maybe 30 mins to do. So far the front mud guard has slipped down once in about 5 2/3 hour rides. I just pulled over, raised it/tightened the straps and it hasn’t done it since. That would be the only thing I’d change, those Velcro straps although I’m sure they’re needed for some health and safety regs I’d rather something more solid.

Fiddly to install, need constant adjust the velcro holding the front guard in place. Rear guard is held in place by rubber straps which seem more robust. At least the build quality is good, and they do guard me against mud - so there's that. On reflection, I wish I'd gone for some that I just screw on and forget about.

I've finally given up and bought mudguards for my Ribble gravel bike. Fitted these last week and just back from first ride on wet, muddy towpaths. I'm bone dry and hardly any mud. Fantastic! Running with 42mm Pirelli tyres Feel very solid Look good Easy to fit - haven't taken off yet but will be simple. Might keep on all year?? I thought the massive MADE IN GERMANY on the side of the box was funny! couldn't have been any bigger font!!😂😂 Exactly what I wanted.

Put these on a new winter wheelset (shout out to Spa Cycles of Harrogate) on my Giant Defy 2022. Tyres are a 35mm as that's the maximum Giant state is workable and that are right. With the 35mm in place, there is zero room on the front wheel for a mud guard but plenty more on the rear - could even go 38 or 40 on the rear, but 35 is max on the front front. So, my normal SKS mudguards would not fit the front wheel so I bought these. Fitting is a little awkward but I went to their website and watched their video - highly recommended. Front mudguard is in two parts and simple to attach. However, the rear mudguard had to be 'snipped' (1cm cut-out on either edge) to fit into the frame of the Defy but, once fastened it fits perfectly. I have not had to use the extension that comes with the rear mudguard. Great winter solution, easy to take off and re-fit. Carbon bike? Don't forget to protect that frame - they supply some thin frame protection but I recommend using MTB Protex.

Relativ flexibel beim aufbaui/abbau, auch wenn es ein bisschen Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Die Dinger halten auf meinem Rennrad fest und schützen gut vor Schmutz. Im Winter auf, im Sommer ab, geht top.
