A good quality plastic mudguard which is less flimsy than the others in the market. Quite affordable and does the job well. The drawback is that it doesn’t cover the both the wheels as much as other mud guards do. The length is slightly short. The mudguard can be fitted to the posts correctly. However I had one really major drawback. Unlike a horizontal hole on my rear fork like other cycles I had vertical hole. I had to drill the mudguard to fit it in and put in a screw. That worked.

These have been far better than I expected. I often ride a sit up Dutch bike with full mudguards. I got these for a hybrid bike for when I want a bit more speed. But I still don't want spray from tires up my back! Although shorter than full mudguards, they stop spray more effectively than the ones that clip immediately below the seat post, because they are close to the tire. They stay in place well despite the absence of supporting struts seen on full mudguards. If you want to ride without the mudguards you can easily pull them off the brackets and fit again later. But to be honest, they're so light and unobtrusive that I leave them on the whole time ... just in case it rains.

These are pretty sturdy mudguards. On 700x40 tyres the clearance is just about ok. The big problem is the fittings supplied. The front is no good at all. No matter how I try to fit it / bend it, the front of the mudguard rubs on the tyre. It also came loose after less than a mile. It may be ok if I trim the mudguard down.... The back mudguard has a clip that is supposed to attach to the downtube . Unless you have about 70mm clearance between the tyre and downtube, this just won’t work. You can clip it on, but the holder for the bracket is miles away from the stay for the bracket. Or at least on my bike it was anyway. Other bikes may be ok. The solution for me was to cut off this clip, drill holes through the mudguard and cable tie it to the down tube. The result is a perfect sturdy fit. They’re good quality mudguards, but don’t expect them to fit a gravel bike without serious fettling.

Fitted my Trek FX3 bike without a problem. Not yet tested it in wet conditions. My only problem was fitting the front guard. My Trek bike has a hole at the back and the front above the carbon forks but on trying to fix the longest bolt I found that these 2 holes were surprisingly not in line and the bolt was too long. When the bolt got stuck I took it out and tested the hole with a bit of wire and measured its length. I recommend doing that first before putting too much pressure on the bolt! I cut some off the bolt to make sure of a good fit. These are great value for money especially as I am fun rider and will not go out in really bad conditions.

These were advertised as compatible with hybrid bikes but they wouldn't fit mine. The small bolt that's supplied is too small in diameter to fit the threaded hole in front suspension. The longer bolt fits but then needs to be cut down with a hacksaw or grinder because it's too long. The clip for the rear mudguard forces the rear mudguard to rub against the wheel. So I chopped it off and thought the bolt in frame will suffice but the guard still rubs against the wheel no matter what adjustments I make to the bracket. These are not fit for purpose and I would like to send them back but I have cut the clip off the rear guard to try and make them work. They're going straight in the bin.

Decent quality mudguards for the price, very easy to install although there is a real need for two of the fully threaded medium-sized bolt, either that or make the smaller bolt longer! The 3 bolts this ships with are too short, perfect, and too long, for my bike at least so might require a little bodge to get working. The mudguards themselves are a bit flimsy but fine for the price, and the protruding ends wobble but not a big issue as far as I'm concerned.

Pros: This seller's amazing customer service, as well as their great low cost wins it big for me. I had a question for my tracking, and they went above and beyond to help me find the right way to track my package. I will be buying most other of my bike needs from this seller if they have it on Amazon. Other Pros: Easy install Easy adjustability (the bar has a nice bendability to it, so you can bring your fender how close or far from wheels you like). The fenders are very nice and lightweight. Almost no weight Minor Con: The back wheel fender may have been better if it was couple of inches longer. But this isn't something that affects function or how this guards against the mud or splash. Just a minor preference.
