I thought it only fair to review this product after a couple of weeks use. Installation was fairly straightforward. Make sure you follow the instructions and select the fork plug adapter that is only just smaller than the hole. The one I used was already attached. Make sure everything is screwed in nice and tight. No mudguard is going to be 100% effective but this one has saved me from face splatters and 'skunk tail'. For a tenner, you really can't go wrong.

Well. It works in terms of blocking mud for one ride. The attachments are very weak. On my second ride the front guard fell out (the attachment does not grip enough) and was driven over by the car behind me. So whilst it might seem cheap, £11 is a lot of money for a single ride's use. The back guard is better, but it has one of the curricular gripping elements and the gripping teeth are quite shallow. It might be ok, but I suspect if it were moved too much or if it were knocked they would not longer grip the guard in place. All it all, not worth the purchase. If I still had it, I would return it.

Easy to fit and these mudguards do the job as you would expect. I have a Carrera hybrid and the guards were easy to fit to it - you get 2 for the front and one for the rear - I have a rear pannier rack on my bike and I can still use this mudguard positioned high up under my seat. Not a bad price for a mudguard set. A thumbs up from me.
