The mudguard works well at stopping the spray coming back up over you. Does not really stop much spray from going up at any riders who may be following you. Easy to install and seems pretty robust when out riding on varied terrain. Good to have handy for those times when it starts to rain just before you go out or when you know there are only going to be a few puddles out when riding.

I've had this mudguard (or more accurately several different mudguards of the identical design) for about 8 years now. When my first one was stolen, I knew I wanted to replace it with exactly the same kind (and ditto when the second one was taken off my bike too!). It just does the job very well - easy to adjust and fit, can get it very close to my back wheel and it just stays there permanently, meaning I never have to worry about spray up my back when cycling. My only tiny complaint would be that it is a little flexible and occasionally when it is knocked by something when I am locking up my bike it gets dislodged and I have to push it back into position. But on the whole, it's a very decent mudguard.

I like this mudguard because it is well made and quite bendy so it is less likely to snap. In the past I have snapped 2 mudguards, different brands,(one about 2 days after I had paid £20 for it in a bike shop. This one looks like it will be almost indestructible. I am going to buy a second for my other bike.

Looks like a good product however it would not fit my 12 year olds bike (13" hybrid bike with 26" wheels) as there was not enough space between the seat pin and the rear tyre. Good for adult bike and perhaps OK for young teenagers bike as long as the saddle is not in low position. Disappointing this information was not in the item details. Zefal please heed this advice!

I bought this based on some of the other reviews and thought I should write one to agree with them. I am using this on my road bike as it is much cheaper and better made compared the more expensive options out there for road bikes. The mechanism for fastening is really good. Almost entirely tool-less, I ended up just tightening the angle mechanism of the mudguard bit more. The build quality is sturdy, and it looks like it is going to last. There are rubber grips that hold the mudguard in place.

Già andare al lavoro è quello che è, perché arrivarci con le chiappe bagnate? Messo su una bici da strada ad uso urbano, funziona davvero bene: se affronti un temporale ben preparato e con indumenti da pioggia ti ripara alla grande, se ti sorprende una pioggia non prevista il disagio è comunque molto più sopportabile. Il parafango, una volta regolato, si mette e si toglie in trenta secondi e sopporta bene le sconnessioni dell'asfalto. Difficile immaginare un compromesso migliore tra solidità, efficacia e velocità di installazione. Complimenti sinceri ai lavoratori della Zefal per l'ottimo risultato!
